3. Payment & Insurance

Payment is expected at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept most PPO, Delta HMO, and Dentical dental insurance plans and offer assistance with claim processing. However:

  • You are responsible for understanding your insurance coverage.

  • You are ultimately responsible for any balances not covered by insurance.
